1. Cancellation Policy
- Recharge/Payment Cancellation: Once a recharge or utility bill payment is successfully initiated and processed through our platform, it cannot be canceled. We do not allow cancellations after transactions have been submitted to the service provider (e.g., mobile operators, utility companies).
- Incorrect Details: It is your responsibility to ensure that the details entered (e.g., mobile number, bill details) are accurate before confirming the transaction. Paysh Services Pvt Ltd is not responsible for incorrect recharges or payments made due to user error.
2. Refund Policy
- Failed Transactions: In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from your bank account but the recharge or bill payment is not completed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
- Duplicate Transactions: If you mistakenly perform the same transaction twice, and both are successful, we will only refund one of the payments. The refund will be processed after verification with the service provider.
- Refunds to Original Payment Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, bank account, UPI) used for the transaction. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Transactions: Any successful recharge or bill payment made through our platform is final and non-refundable unless it falls under one of the scenarios listed above (failed transaction, duplicate transaction).
